Minimum Usage Policy Number of days of use

To rent a car without driver, the minimum usage is 2 days

To use a car rental without a driver for 1 day, you must first confirm the availability of the car with our marketing before making payment

We hope to make a reservation 24 hours before your arrival pick up so that the car ordered meets your expectations (the car is in good maintenance, clean and smells good)

Payment

Payment can be made in 2 ways

1. Easy Way

Payment can be made before picking up the car via the website
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer or cash payment.

Payment on the Website is only for car rental fees and car delivery fees

If you want to pick it up yourself at our office location (our marketing will contact you for the pick-up location closest to your location)

1. Payment with Down Payment

Payment (Down Payment) of Rp. 1,000,000 or USD $ 70 sent to our Company Account Number

For the remainder of the car rental bill, there is an additional charge for picking up the car after the rental time has finished (same delivery fee if the pick up location is the same) if the drop off location is different. This fee is adjusted to the distance from our office

Vehicle deposit or guarantee

Security Deposit generally

• Hatchback: Rp. 2,000,000/car
• MPV: Rp. 2,000,000/car

• Premium MPV: Rp. 3,000,000/car
• Premium SUV: Rp. 5,000,000/car

This fee is required and will be returned after the car is returned with the following notes:

   3. Equivalent fuel return

Vehicle Use

The car may only be used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement and may not be used for racing, competitions or other illegal acts.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy will apply in accordance with the rental company's provisions. Cancellation fees may apply if cancellation is made within a certain period before the pick-up date.

Change

Changes in reservations must be notified to us as soon as possible and will be subject to availability.

Violation

Violation of rental terms and conditions may result in rental cancellation, fines, or legal action.

Sanctions

The renter agrees to pay all additional costs that may arise due to violations or damage caused by the renter. The claim fee is Rp. 500,000 per panel will be charged if the car experiences scratches or damage during the rental period. Fuel Policy

The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was collected. A fuel fee will be charged if the car is returned with less fuel.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs on the website are actual prices.
However, this does not include the pick-up fee when you finish (the car pick-up fee is paid when you pick up the car)
